Chimichanga

Tortilla de harina rellena de pollo desmenuzado o res frita hasta que esté crujiente y cubierta de salsa de queso. Se sirve con arroz, frijoles, lechuga, pico de gallo, guacamole y crema agria. / A flour tortilla stuffed with shredded chicken or beef deep fried until crispy, then covered with cheese sauce.
